Date and place of birth: May 10,1969, Bashkortostan, USSR. In 1993 graduated from the State Air-Technical University in Ufa. In 2004 graduated from International Business School on the base of the Academy of National Economy (Russia). The member of the General Council of All-Russia nonprofit organization “Delovaya Russia”, in 2004 headed the industrial branch of Delovaya Russia - "Fiberglass Manufacture", in 2007 headed the project "Quality of Russian Roads". the member of Public advisory board on the customs policy by the Federal Customs Board of Russia; member of the Coordination Council on the transport policy of the Russian Ministry of transport.

In 1993 garduated the Moscow State Polygraphic Academy. Since 1994 till 2006 year worked in Scientific-Industrial Enterprise "NOVATECH", in the Centre of Physical and Technological Researches of Moscow Technological University STANKIN, headed several large innovative projects, which includes projects of NATO Science for Peace Programme. In 2002 received PhD degree in economic. In 2003 -  Moscow Government award to scintists.   In 2006 - Russian Government award to scintists.   During the 2006 year worked in the Russian Ministry of Industry.    Has been working in the Union of glassfiber manufactures since the end of 2006.     Since August 1, 2008 - Executive Director of Union.
